 If we eat a full meal at night and sleep, our stomach is digested all night and when we wake up in the morning, our stomach is empty.  So when we wake up and drink tea on an empty stomach, there is a problem like gas-acidity.  What happens next is that the problem gets worse and worse.

If people who do not have proper digestion get up in the morning and drink tea, it affects their digestion and causes problems like restlessness or nausea.  Therefore, such people should not drink tea on an empty stomach.  Tea should be taken with breakfast in the morning to avoid further damage to digestion.  And much better if you don't drink tea for breakfast.

Nowadays people use tea more to keep their mind fresh due to work pressure.  Because of the caffeine content in tea, people who consume a lot of tea start having problems like insomnia.  That is, the sleep cycle changes with not getting to sleep on time and not feeling well at work and falling asleep.  Because, you don't like tea without tea, it becomes necessary to get drunk.

Nowadays, almost everyone has to work while sitting on a chair. Drinking tea while sitting increases body fat as tea increases fat and sugar raises the body's sugar level, so tea is harmful for our body.  Tea is an important ingredient in treating acidity, diabetes and obesity.  As much as people like tea, it is also harmful to the body, so if tea is yellow, it should be drunk with snacks, not on an empty stomach.

Instead of tea on an empty stomach, you can soak cumin water in a glass of water at night and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Body fat will be gradually removed.
